Thank you for going to our first Kick Cancer kickball game! It was fun and we helped kick cancer! Thank you for return all forms: conference, Safety Village field trip and permission to ride the bikes, in school field trip. Dates to remember: September 26-30th Fall Break October 3rd =Library Day Please return books October 5th=Walk to School Day! See the previous note and look for the smiley balloon at my house! October 5th=Fire Safety Field Trip (If you’d like to be a parent helper, please e-mail me) Standards to learn next week: Math: review one step word problems/explore picture and bar graphs Reading: make connections in stories Writing: personal narrative and using the 5 w’s with beginning, middle, and end and great adjectives. Language: Phonic-unit 7 Science/Social Studies: learning who was in Georgia: Sequoyah and the Creek and Cherokee. STEM project Ask your child about the topographical Georgia they created from a previous Stem project! Keep smiling and have a great week!
